Sean is a global energy professional. Born in the UK and raised in Australia, he has worked in South Africa, the US, China, Singapore, the UK and Sweden.

His 25+ years of experience in the global energy industry includes oil exploration, production and refining, alternative energy, biofuels, power, coal, gas and carbon trading. He has a very broad base of industry sector knowledge and global experience, strategic insight and solid execution capabilities, and has led a number of business ventures and innovations.
​
After an initial experience as a chemical and petroleum engineer Sean switched into commercial roles. He worked in planning and performance management for BP in the UK, including time as the numbers man for Brian Gilvary, now BPs CFO. From 2009 to 2014 Sean worked for NASDAQ OMX in Stockholm as Growth Director for the Commodities business, where he was part of the leadership team of the Commodities business, working on M&A assignments and major step outs, eg. Californian carbon trading.

In 2015 Sean left NASDAQ to explore the opportunities arising in renewable energy. In conjunction with Waterfind, an Australian water broker, he established ElectrAg, a company with an ambition of saving irrigators money on their power bills through the use of demand management technology. In parallel with his work on DMESweden Sean is also a co-owner and Commercial Director of a political consultancy business.
Jonas has during 12 years served in the renewable energy industry, first 8 years as Managing Director and then 4 years as Chief Operating Officer in Chemrec AB, a company developing gasification technology and projects for the pulp and paper industry, primarily for producing renewable fuels from the forest, initially in Scandinavia and North America.

Prior to Chemrec Jonas acted as Group Executive Vice President in Nykomb Synergetics AB, a process and power systems engineering consultancy and international energy project development company.
​
Before entering the renewable sector Jonas spent 20 years of his professional life in the international oil industry. During 12 of these years he held senior executive positions in General Management, Corporate Development & Planning, Supply & Trading and Marketing as well as served as Director on a number of affiliated company boards within the AB Nynas Petroleum group.

Today Jonas runs his own consultancy firm Procupine AB offering Executive Management Consulting and Interrim Management Services.
Ingvar Landälv has more than 35 year of experience in process R&D, design, engineering, construction and operation of gasification process plants based on oil, coal and biomass feedstock. He holds a number of patents in the area of energy integration in gasification based processes.

1997 to 2012 he has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Chemrec, engaged full time in the development and commercialization of the company’s black liquor gasification technology.
​
Since 2013 he is working for Luleå University of Technology (LTU) as one of the key individuals in R&D project relating to biofuels production. In this capacity he also continues his engagement in Chemrec gasification development.
​
In 2005 he was involved in the formation of the European Biofuels Technology Platform in which he currently holds the chair position. He also participates in other biofuels related EU groups such as the Sustainable Transport Forum.

Ingvar has an MSc in Physics and Chemistry.
